Page of Wands Tarot Card Meaning: Upright, Reversed, Love and Career
The Page of Wands is the card of discovering a new passion, beginning a learning journey with curiosity, and receiving exciting news. It represents the spirit of exploration and youthful courage.
Also known as: Page of Wands, Princess of Wands
WHAT WE SEE ON THE CARD
A young figure wearing a tunic patterned with salamanders stands in a desert-like landscape, gazing with fascination at the tip of a sprouting wand in their hand. In the distance, pyramid-like hills are visible. The salamander signifies the element of fire and transformation, while the fixed gaze upon the wand reflects pure curiosity toward a new idea.
UPRIGHT MEANING
The Page of Wands carries the excitement of someone discovering something for the very first time. Perhaps you have found a new hobby, felt a spark while watching an instructional video, or someone has given you an idea that never crossed your mind before. This card tells you that you are standing at the threshold of a field where you are not yet a master, but which excites you deeply. It may also bring news, an invitation, or a lovely message. The Page is inexperienced, but curiosity is boundless—and that is the greatest strength. Do not limit yourself with thoughts like 'it is too late' or 'I lack that talent'. Follow your curiosity, ask questions, and try things out. A passion that starts small can blossom into one of the greatest joys of your life when nurtured properly.
REVERSED MEANING
The reversed Page of Wands may point to enthusiasm that starts and stops, or ideas that fizzle out before they ever come to life. You might find yourself picking up a new project every week only to give up at the first hurdle. Sometimes this card also indicates frustrating news or a delayed plan. Instead of criticizing yourself, stay curious: which desires are truly yours, and which are merely the rush to keep up with others? Choose the one that excites you the most and dedicate a little time to it every day. The curiosity is still there; it just needs to find its direction. Consistency is what turns a spark into a blazing fire.

This card speaks of an exploratory phase rather than serious commitments; do not rush, simply enjoy the moment. When you keep your heart playful and open, love flows toward you much more easily.
IN CAREER AND MONEY
In your career, the Page of Wands signifies stepping into a new field, starting an internship, taking a course, or learning a fresh skill. Exciting news regarding a job offer or a project may be just around the corner. Fresh ideas will help you stand out in creative industries, entrepreneurship, and sales. Financially, this is not yet a time of massive returns, but rather a period of investing in things that will generate value in the future—invest in yourself. Everything you learn now will open new doors for you in the near future.
